Our Certified Service Providers go through a custom developed training program provided by our Facility Service Managers. This training course is designed to educate crews with the professional janitorial techniques, proper chemical use, operating equipment and safety. The training doesn't end there, we also teach customer service, workplace etiquette, proper attire and emergency/security procedures.
Detailed Cleaning Schedule
All Pro Cleaning Systems will address your specific cleaning requirements with a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning schedule within your budget. Eliminating guesswork!
You will have constant contact with your Facility Service Manager, giving you 24/7 communication with them for anything you need for your facility. We also employ customer service representatives in our corporate office to implement the Quality Control Program. Team members make scheduled periodic calls to customers to determine the level of satisfaction of services being provided.
All Pro Cleaning Systems has used the Communication Log Book from the beginning. This tool is used on a daily basis for customers to be able to exchange minor requests and observations to the cleaning crew quickly and easily.
Our friendly and attentive facility service managers routinely visit our customer's locations to complete a visual on site inspection. At this time performance is discussed as well as suggestions made to better improve the building's quality.
Our locations are open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also have a 24/7 emergency line for after hour needs.
